A slower weekend does not need a perfect morning routine. It can begin with one small decision: to do something without watching the clock. Make breakfast properly. Sit by the window. Let the first cup of coffee last a little longer.
Simple is a good place to start.
Pick one thing you enjoy and give it your full attention. Read a chapter, take a short walk, or cook something from what is already in the kitchen. Keep the plan small enough that it feels like an invitation rather than another obligation.
Rest does not always look impressive. Sometimes it looks like an ordinary afternoon with just enough room to breathe.
